Special considerations for the 750 Seca forks:
A length of 1 ½" abs plastic pipe works pretty well to drive in the seals. The seal should be installed after the inner tube is installed in the 750 Seca because of the unusual bushing arraingement, so get a piece of pipe long enough to go over the inner tube.
To dissassemble, put the bike on the centre stand, and support the underside so the front wheel is off the ground. Pry out the plastic "Yamaha" emblem from the centre of the handlebar cover, and undo the two screws below to expose the bar clamps. Pop out the round plastic covers on the allen head screws and remove them to release the handlebars. Let them lie on a rag on the tank.
Loosen the allen head bolt on the bottom of the forks. If you loosen it now, you may not need any special tools. If it spins now, try an impact wrench, or plan on making the tool. Press down on the fork caps and remove the retaining ring. (it helps to have two people here, but one dexterious person can do it) The cap *should* pop out, releasing the spring. Split the anti-dive unit in the middle - the upper half will stay with the brakes and prevent loss of brake fluid, the lower half will stay with the forks. Unbolt the two calipers, the fender, and the front wheel from the forks, The phillips head screw on the anti-dive is the fork drain, place a pan beneath and remove the screw to drain the old fluid.
Loosen the tripple clamps and draw the forks out. The air valves are screwed into a collar that will slide off as you remove the forks. Take note of which way they go - they can be re-installed upside down but they will hit the tank and dent it that way. Pry off the dust seal and remove the retaining ring below. Clamp the caliper mounting boss' in a soft-jawed vice and extract the inner tube with a series of sharp pulls (similar to using a slide hammer) to dislodge it from the bushing. Pry out the old seal - gently so as not to damage the aluminium.
When reassembling, be careful to get the thin shims properly positioned - they are easily damaged. Assemble the inner tube to the outer using locktite on the bolt threads. Lubricate the seal lips and slide over the inner tube into position. Use your abs pipe to drive the seal home. With the fork re-installed in the clamps, make sure that bottom bolt is tight. Don't forget to add the proper amount of fluid before re-installing the plugs.
